Our 75-minute initial consultation is an opportunity for us to really take a deep dive into your current health (including any test results) and go through your personalised Reset Plan. You’ll come out of this session feeling empowered and excited about the journey ahead with a clear roadmap for the next 12 weeks.

No. The focus is on creating realistic, manageable habits that fit into your lifestyle, without the pressure of strict diets or punishing routines. The goal is to find what works for YOU without feeling restricted or overwhelmed.

Results can vary, but many clients start feeling improvements within just a couple of weeks, with more noticeable changes in 4-6 weeks.

The programme is delivered online, allowing you to access it from anywhere. We’ll have our 1:1 coaching sessions on zoom, and all resources will be available online for you to review whenever you need them. If you live with 20 minutes of Knutsford, Cheshire then there is the option to have our first session in-person at your home or at the Cheshire Wellness Centre in Lymm.

The total cost of the programme is £1,250. I also offer flexible payment plans to make it easier for you to get started.

Functional testing is not included in the programme but is available as an optional add-on. If you are struggling with low energy, I usually recommend as a minimum we get a blood test done to rule out any specific imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms. Prices start from £125. We can discuss this option on our initial call or on our first session.

Supplements are not included in the programme cost, but recommendations for high-quality, therapeutic grade supplements will be made based on your personal goals, health assessments and test results.
