Each programme is tailored to your individual needs and always starts with a thorough understanding of the root cause of your symptoms and what might be out of balance in the body — while you may have been told it’s ‘the menopause’ or ‘its just your age’ I’m committed to finding out what’s actually going on.

We’ll then use a combination of scientifically proven nutrition and lifestyle strategies to address these imbalances, along with powerful mindset coaching to help you easily and successfully embed new healthy habits that get real results AND are sustainable in the long-term.
